DO YOU ALLOW CHAIRS OR BLANKETS?

Yes, chairs and blankets are allowed but only in general admission.

Schedule and set times will be released in April 2024.

AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND RETURN?

No, re-entry will not be allowed into the event.

IS THIS EVENT ADA-ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, all areas of the event and amenities are ADA-Accessible. Please visit guest services located at the main entrance tent for assistance.

DO YOU SELL ALCOHOL, FOOD, AND DRINKS?

Yes, alcohol will be available for sale to those 21+ with a valid I.D. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase.

DO I HAVE TO BUY PARKING?

A number of convenient parking lots surround the venue. You must purchase parking to access one of the designated lots. Purchase parking passes click here

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR IN THE PARKING LOT OVERNIGHT?

Yes. Cars can be left in GSU Campus lots and will not be towed or ticketed until 8am on Monday 4/22.

IS THERE CAMPING?

No, there is no overnight parking or camping on site.

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES?

All sales are final.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

GATA Jam will go on rain or shine.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO GET INTO THE EVENT?

No, we welcome all ages into the event. Ages 2 Years and over require a ticket to enter.

DO YOU ALLOW COOLERS?

No, coolers are not allowed.

CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS?

No, outside food or drinks are not allowed.


Are strollers allowed?

NO Strollers with pockets (basic strollers allowed with children).

Guests are encouraged to leave prohibited items at home

​Security personnel reserve the right to make the final determination on allowed and prohibited items and reserve the right to deny entry to any guest.


PROHIBITED ITEMS

Coolers, tailgating or overnight parking, camping, outside food and drinks, including alcohol, firearms, weapons of any kind, knives, including pocket knives, glass containers, drugs and drug paraphernalia, spray paint, markers, sharpies, tents of any kind, laser pointers, flags, flag poles, wagons or wheeled carts, umbrellas, professional cameras or video/audio equipment, pets (service animals must have proper identification), fireworks, explosives, bags of any kind (except those listed on allowed item list), backpacks, fanny packs, purses, any item deemed inappropriate by event staff.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

All bags must be clear. For the safety of our patrons, our security team will only allow clear bags into the event.

 Small clutch bags, do not exceed 5.5" x 8.5"
 Bags that are clear, do note exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
 One gallon clear plastic bag
